Promens is one of the biggest industrial companies in Iceland with estimated turnover of EUR 760 million in 2008. Promens has been growing successfully in the past through a buy and build strategy and is employing 6.000 employees. Atorka Group is the largest shareholder in Promens, with 79% shares, fully diluted 63%.

InterBulk Group is the third largest tank container operator globally. InterBulk's strategy is to be a leading company on the global market for specialized container logistical services for the chemical industry, but that industry makes a high demand for reliability. InterBulk operates with innovative technology and has strong management team. The company operates in a growth market. The main office is in Rotterdam and the company is listed on London AIM market. Atorka Group is the largest shareholder in Interbulk, with 41% of the shares.

Clyde Process Solutions plc (CPS) is a world leader in the production of highly developed pneumatic conveying systems for production processes as well related solutions for filtration and pollution reduction. The company has operations in all the continents. These systems reduce costs and pollution and enhance efficiency in production processes. It is used in a number of sectors, including the production of gypsum, cement, and steel, as well as the food and chemical industry. Among CPS' customers are General Electric, Exxon Mobil, Kraft, Wrigley's and Nestlé. The combined company has a turnover of approximately ISK 7 billion. CPS is listed on the AIM market in London. Atorka is the company's largest shareholder, with a stake of 24% today.

Romag is a leading UK manufacturer of specialist transparent composites. Its products include, for instance, high quality tempered glass for buildings and vehicles. Romag has also developed PowerGlaz, a photovoltaic glass laminate which converts light into electricity. Romag is listed on the AIM market in London and Atorka is the largest shareholder with 24% holding.

NWF comprises three separately managed divisions: Distribution: Warehousing for the storage of goods and packing operations. Fuels: Supplies domestic homes, farms, haulage contractors, bus companies, plant hire and a further diverse range of customers who use oil for heating, power and automotive use. Feeds: Supplies products and provides services to cattle and sheep farmers with a trading territory. NWF Group's strategy is to continue building shareholder value based on improving the profitability of the three existing businesses by investment, acquisition and organic growth. NWF is listed on the AIM market in London and Atorka's holding is 25%.

 
AENV is one of the leading integrated water and wastewater treatment solution providers in the People's Republic of China with twenty years of experience. The Company covers the entire spectrum of water and wastewater treatment, from planning and design to manufacturing and fabrication, construction, installation, operations and maintenance. AENV is listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX-ST). Atorka´s holding is 18%.
